Noma builds and runs an AI receptionist for a business. The business is the customer. People who call that business are its callers.

Every call opens with a fixed line that says the receptionist is an AI and that the call may be recorded. Staying on the line is how a caller hears that notice. The business is responsible for any extra notice its own callers need.

Audio recordings are kept for about 90 days, then deleted. Booking records are kept longer so the appointment can be kept. Deletion requests go to hello@noma.solutions.

Calls and bookings are processed by Vercel, Supabase, LiveKit, inference vendors, Resend, and Google. Details are on the privacy page.

The receptionist books only when the calendar accepts the time. If booking fails, it says the office will call back. It does not say a text was sent unless a text actually went out.
