Noma
Privacy
Noma answers the phone with an AI receptionist. The first thing a caller hears is a fixed line that says so, and that the call may be recorded.
We store the audio, a transcript, and the booking details so the business owner can review the call and keep the appointment. Audio recordings are kept for about 90 days, then deleted. The booking record — who called, the appointment, and a callback number — is kept longer so the business can honor the visit and its own records.
To ask us to delete a recording or a booking record, email hello@noma.solutions.
